Upon the reopening of Central 12 Shopping Park, we want to keep you informed of our robust plans to limit the spread of coronavirus and keep our visitors and staff as safe as possible. We have implemented new measures in line with Government guidance to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and employees.
A spokesperson for Central 12 Shopping Park commented: “The teams at Central 12 have been working extremely hard under huge pressure to remain open for essential purchases throughout and we are immensely grateful to them, but we cannot do this alone. All our visitors play a part in keeping themselves and others safe by following the official Government guidelines and information provided by the Centre and retailer teams. We’re making every effort to protect our customers and colleagues and look forward to welcoming our visitors back as more shops gradually reopen to serve the community.”
When you visit the Centre, retailers may be limiting the number of customers allowed to enter their store at any one time and external queuing systems may be in place, therefore, family groups should be kept to a minimum where possible. Congregating or socialising anywhere in the shopping park is currently prohibited.
We are in this together so please be mindful in maintaining good personal hygiene whilst visiting Central 12. Always catch your cough or sneeze in a tissue, dispose of your tissue and clean your hands as soon as you can. For full information on social distancing, please visit: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
From Friday 24th July, face coverings are mandatory in the shops. We encourage shoppers to please abide by these Government rules or you could face a £100 fine.
We are also offering FREE Car parking for NHS staff. If you work for the NHS, please visit the Management Suite next door to Costa and present your NHS ID to claim yours.
